About Servora
Most software for contractors is built by people who've never run a job. This wasn't. We've done the estimates, chased the payments, and lost money on a change order nobody signed. Then we fixed it with systems, and turned those systems into this.
Why we built it
We did not start as a software company. We started on the tools.
The same thing kept happening. A client picks a material and a color, then later swears they chose something else. The change order everyone agreed to was never signed. The deposit came late, after we had already bought the materials. And every piece of it lived somewhere different: a text here, a photo there, a contract in a drawer, the customer's information in three places. The apps that were supposed to fix this were bloated with features nobody used, and useless to a fifty-year-old foreman still running a flip phone.
So we built the thing we actually wanted. One place.
The client creates an account, fills in their own information, and it saves to their profile automatically. They review their materials and colors and sign off on the photo, then confirm a second time with the photo in front of them again, so "that is not what I chose" stops being a conversation. They get the contract and put a deposit straight into the contractor's own Stripe account before a single material is ordered. All from the same screen.
On the business side, one dashboard runs the whole job: build and send estimates and contracts, or upload your own, from a template library you fine-tune once and reuse forever. Post photos of the work, drop in change orders, answer the client's questions, and push updates so nobody is getting a message at four in the morning. Every client, every dollar, every signature, organized.
Our mission is to give every contractor the tools to run their whole business from one place, so a small crew looks more organized than the outfit twice its size, and never loses another job to a piece of paper that went missing.
What we believe
A small crew should look more organized than the GC down the street. Sign here, pay there, everything logged, automatically.
Export everything, anytime. Cancel and it stays read-only for 90 days so you can pull it all. No lock-in, ever.
If your least tech-savvy customer can't use it in the driveway, it's broken. Four buttons and a red dot, no app, no manual.
We run on it too
We run our own service work on this platform, not a special internal build, the exact product you sign up for. If something's clumsy, we feel it, and we fix it.
That's also why the services side exists: consulting, government contracts, custom portals and more. When you need more than software, you're talking to operators who've actually done the work.
Be one of the first crews to run on Servora, founding rate locked for early customers.
