The money is yours

Card & ACH processing runs through your Stripe account, not ours. We never touch your customers' payments.

Or collect your own way

Prefer Square, Zelle, or a check? Switch to record-only mode and the portal still does invoices, numbering, and receipts.

Pricing questions

Before you start.

Which plan should I pick?
If you do the work yourself or run a small crew, the Operator plan is everything you need. If you hire and manage subcontractors, and need to track their insurance, W-9s, and 1099s, choose General Contractor. You can upgrade from inside your account anytime.
Are there processing fees?
Card and ACH fees are set by Stripe and come out of the payment, the same as any processor, and they go through your own account. Servora doesn't add a markup.
Do I pay per client or per project?
No. Clients and projects are unlimited on both plans. You only pay more if you add employee seats beyond the first five.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace switches to read-only for 90 days so nothing is lost, and you can export all of your data, clients, documents, payments, the entire time.
Do subcontractor logins use my paid seats?
No. Seats only count your internal team. On the GC plan, every subcontractor gets their own free login scoped to their assigned jobs, and it never touches your seat count.
Does Servora file my 1099s?
Servora tracks what you paid each sub, flags who crossed the $600 threshold and who's missing a W-9, and exports year-end totals as a CSV for your accountant. The filing itself stays with your accountant or tax software.
