The General Contractor · $99.99/mo

Now let other people build it.

You've got the work. You can't do it all yourself, so subs are the only way up. But subs mean certificates of insurance, W-9s, 1099s, scope fights, "he said / you said," and paying people you're not totally sure are covered.

That's why most contractors stay small. Growth feels like risk.

One sub's coverage lapses and you find out after the claim. A scope gets fuzzy and a job goes sideways. January arrives and 1099s are a shoebox. So you cap the crew and turn down the big jobs, not because you can't do them, but because you can't carry the risk of the people doing them.

Give every sub their own door, and growth stops being a gamble.

Everything in the Operator plan, plus the Vendor Portal

Every sub, their own door.

  • Invite a sub to only their scope, they see their jobs, their agreement, their schedule. Nothing else.
  • Build a vendor network, keep a directory, take applications, and grow a bench you can actually call on.
  • Post a job to the bid board, collect prices and availability, and award with one tap.
  • Phases & a timeline, break a job into phases and assign a vendor to each, with the scope they need to see.
  • Insurance that warns you before it burns you, track every COI and get flagged before coverage lapses, not after the claim.
  • W-9s on file, 1099 totals in January, export the numbers your accountant needs without the shoebox.
  • Pay subs in-system, record or send payment, and it lands in the 1099 math automatically.

Why it's double

This isn't more features. It's a different life.

The Operator plan takes the business out of your head. The GC plan takes the work off your hands, safely. That's the whole difference, and it's worth every dollar the first time a lapsed COI doesn't become your problem.

Straight answers

What GCs ask before they switch

What does a sub actually see?
Only the jobs you assign them: their scope, their schedule, their documents, and their pay status. Never your client, never your pricing, never your other subs. That separation is enforced by the system, not by trust.
Do subcontractor logins eat my seats?
No. Seats count your internal team only. Sub logins are free and unlimited on the GC plan.
Does Servora verify insurance coverage?
We track each certificate and its expiration date and warn you before coverage lapses. Reviewing the coverage itself, limits, endorsements, and project requirements stays with you.
Can I pay subs through Servora?
Yes. Pay in-system through your connected Stripe and it lands in their 1099 totals automatically, or record payments you made outside so the history stays complete.
Do you file my 1099s?
We track what you paid each sub, flag who crossed $600 and who is missing a W-9, and export year-end totals as a CSV. The filing itself stays with your accountant.
