Accessibility

Contractors, their crews, and their clients should all be able to use Servora, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on. Here is where we stand and how to reach us if something is in your way.

Our target

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the marketing site, the contractor app, and the client portal. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time box to check.

What we have built in

  • Semantic HTML with proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate structure.
  • Labels tied to form fields, and error messages that are announced rather than shown by color alone.
  • Keyboard operation for the main flows, with visible focus.
  • A responsive layout that supports zoom and larger text without breaking, down to small phones.
  • Color choices aimed at meeting AA contrast for body text and controls.

Known limitations

We would rather name these than pretend they do not exist. We are actively improving:

  • Some rich controls (the signature pad, calendar and scheduling widgets) may not yet be fully operable by every assistive technology.
  • PDF documents generated by the platform are not yet fully tagged for screen readers.
  • A few older marketing pages have not completed a full audit against 2.2 AA.

If any of these blocks you from doing something important, contact us and we will find another way to get it done for you.

Get help or report a barrier

If you hit an accessibility barrier, or need a document or action in an alternative format, reach us through the contact page. Tell us what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within a few business days and to offer an accessible alternative while we work on a fix.
